The story

From Gaprow To Keemao And Recipes In Between was the book that started the whole thing!

Cook Like A Thai had been my big dream for several years. But, like all dreams, it got put away and I didn't even "dream" that my Cook Like A Thai "dream" would come true.

At least not until I started writing about two of the most poplular Thai street food dishes: Puddgaprow and Puddkeemao.

From there it took off. Several more most amazingly delicious dishes showed up from the space "in between." The whole book was written in the most non-traditional cookbook style!

Yet, at the same time, From Gaprow To Keemao contains insightful knowledge and all the little Thai cooking secrets delivered to you in fun and interesting way!

And the recipes work in a very practical way, too. You know, just plain old me cooking Thai dishes.
